Emergency responders guide LifeFlight helicopter’s staff to transfer a patient from a crash Saturday morning on Interstate 840
Responding to the crash scene were sheriff’s deputies, Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers, Emergency Medical Services paramedics, Rutherford County Fire Rescue firefighters and Murfreesboro Fire and Rescue firefighters.
THP investigated the crash. Eastbound lanes were closed during LifeFlight’s landing and the investigation.
