Rutherford County proposes to have the study performed to determine the Special Flood Hazard Areas in sections of Concord Creek in the Harpeth River Watershed, southwest Rutherford County Tennessee.
Completion of a detailed hydraulic engineering analysis and mapping of the special flood areas would greatly assist the County in determining where structures can be placed and the areas of floodway where no structures should be located.
