Congressman Scott DesJarlais, representing Tennessee's Fourth Congressional District, was officially sworn into the 119th United States Congress on January 3, 2025. The ceremony took place in Washington, D.C.
DesJarlais expressed gratitude towards his constituents for their continued support. "I want to thank the good people of Tennessee’s Fourth Congressional District for entrusting to me the privilege to serve our great district," he stated.
The Congressman also emphasized his commitment to supporting the incoming administration's objectives. "I look forward to working to advance President-elect Trump's agenda to make life better for all Americans," said Rep. DesJarlais.
