Thanks, Talos employees, for supporting “Shop with a Sheriff”
Employees of Talos Engineered Products in La Vergne donated $500 to the “Shop with a Sheriff” event for children to receive Christmas presents.
Talos Shipping Supervisor Sharon Barrett said Talos gives each employee $100 for a charity. Several employees chose the “Shop with the Sheriff” event.
“Our mission for existing is how we can improve other people’s lives,” Barrett said.
SRO Capt. Brad Harrison said Rutherford County Schools’ students whose parents are experiencing financial challenges will shop with an SRO.
Many of the children choose presents for their siblings while shopping for themselves, Harrison said.
The Sheriff’s Office thanks Talos employees for their generous donations for the children’s Christmas.
