"I am very excited to add Dimos to the team," said Coach Borendame. "He is another top team guy with lots of experience and will help us keep our culture strong."

A native of Veria, Greece, Taramonlis transfers to the Blue Raiders after he completes his fourth season at Radford University in May.

In his three seasons as a Highlander, he accumulated a singles record of 48-23 and a doubles record of 45-20.

In his freshman year, Taramonlis was voted the ITA Rookie of the Year for the Atlantic Region. He was named Big South Freshman of the Week twice.

In his sophomore year, Taramonlis was named to the 2020-21 Big South All-Conference first team in doubles and second team in singles.

Taramonlis led the Highlanders to a 2022 Big South Championship as well as 2022 NCAA Tournament appearance. He was also awarded male athlete of the year for 2021-22 school year by the Radford athletics administration.

"I'm really happy and excited to be a part of this prestigious program," said Taramonlis. "Thank you Coach Borendame and Coach Caligiana for the opportunity to accomplish my dream and play high level tennis. I can't wait to be a champion with this team. Let's go Blue Raiders!"

Before his time in Radford, he was coached by his brother, John Taramonlis.
